He is Uzbek. He was born on September 22 in the Boka district of the Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He is the founder of the "Golden Wing" volunteer team and the Volunteer Academy, a non-governmental educational institution. He is studying for a doctorate (PhD) at the National University of Uzbekistan. He works as a marketer at Qamar media company. He is the author of the book "Management of Social Startups", first published in Uzbekistan, winner of 5 grants, 30 speakers, 150 diplomas, 20 articles, 1 patent and various competitions.
